I like the choices for getting directions, and prefer using audio guidance to visual guidance.

「prefer A to B」は「AよりもBを好む」という意味です。

「like」も「～が好き」という意味ですが、「like」が単に好きという意味であるのに対して、「prefer」は後ろにtoが伴うかどうかに関係なく、他の何かと比べて好きであるというニュアンスがあります。
