change one’s mind は、「考えを変える」「意見を変える」という意味があります。

例えば、友達とのディスカッションや意思決定の過程で、新しい情報や考え方に触れて、それによって意見が変わるときに「I’ve changed my mind.」（意見を変えました）と表現することができます。

change one’s mind と似た表現としては、「have a change of heart」や「reconsider」などがあります。これらも「考えを変える」という意味で使われます。
